1. Booking and Payment

• Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment for the selected tour package. Once payment is completed, a slot is reserved exclusively for you.
• No-Refund Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable. Due to the exclusive nature of slot allocation, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

2. Transfer of Booking

• Eligibility for Transfer: Bookings may be transferred to another individual upon written request, subject to prior approval.
• Transfer Costs: Any additional charges incurred during the transfer must be borne by the original customer.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations by Us

• Rescheduling or Cancellation: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
• Customer Options:
  • If a tour is canceled, we will offer an alternative tour date or package.
  • If no suitable alternative is available, a partial or full refund may be issued, depending on the situation.

4. Itinerary Changes

• Adjustments to Itinerary: We may modify the tour itinerary as needed due to factors such as local regulations, safety concerns, or third-party availability.
• Comparable Alternatives: We will provide comparable alternatives to maintain the quality of the tour experience whenever possible.

5. Liability and Responsibility

• Personal Responsibility: Participants assume full responsibility for their safety and participation in the tour. We are not liable for injuries, losses, damages, or additional expenses, including those arising from third-party actions or force majeure events.
• Health and Safety: Travelers must ensure they meet the health and physical requirements for the tour. Failure to meet these requirements may result in denial of participation without a refund.

6. Required Documentation

• Traveler Responsibility: Participants are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary documentation, such as identification, passports, and permits, before the tour.
• Failure to Comply: Failure to present the required documents may result in exclusion from the tour without entitlement to a refund.

7. Conduct and Behavior

• Respectful Conduct: Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow participants, tour guides, and local communities.
• Consequences of Misconduct: Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
